From the very first appointment to the closing Matt’s communication was top notch. He always reminded me that he’s working for me. If I had a conflict with a schedule he always worked it out. Matt always gave me enough time to make arrangements if it was for a showing, pictures, or the Haring Home Show. I was living in my home with my dog, Penny, and sometimes my son would be home from college, Matt always worked with us to make showings smooth. Matt was also very up front with any concerns a potential buyer may have and was always professional to work out the details. Matt was the 4th Realtor I had trying to sell my home through the past many years and now I know why I didn’t sell it through these other realtors. Matt made it very clear to me what a Realtor is supposed to do to help someone sell their home. I will always highly recommend Matt Walker to anyone that’s trying to sell or looking to buy a home.

When looking for an agent to list my house, I started by asking family and friends for suggestions. It seems that most people I talked to were not overly happy with the agents they had dealt with in the past for one reason or another. So I ended up going online and looking for an agent who had good reviews. I ended up going with Matt based solely on the reviews I had read online. And I am glad I did. Matt did an exceptional job in the sale of my home! He has extensive knowledge and years of experience in the field. From the beginning I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities to get the job done. And that's exactly what he did. During the process he gave me a few suggestions of a couple of inexpensive things I could do to help with the appearance of the home. I listened and did what he suggested, and in the end it paid off. Matt made the entire process absolutely easy. Matt is a professional in this field in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future, or recommend him to others. Matt Walker is a real estate miracle worker! He helped me sell my father in law’s home, rent out my first home and buy a new home all within about a 90 day period... 5 1/2 years ago. And now he’s at it again! He found a buyer for my rental property within a week of listing it for a bit more than I had needed. And now we’re preparing to look for a new home and sell the old one. Matt has been knowledgeable, helpful, and even comforting in all three real estate transactions so far. I look forwatd to all future endeavors with him as well - he’s simply the best at what he does!

During the course of our search we felt Matt was open, honest, and knowledgeable throughout. We have no complaints whatsoever! That said, we also understand surveys look for ways to improve. Every now and then there was no news from Matt. The time of year we were searching played a huge part because there was very little inventory and much less coming into play. So he didn’t call if there was nothing to call about. He did check to see how we were doing though so I guess that counts!!!Our experience with Matt exceeded our expectations! He is timely, knowledgeable, encouraging, but best of all not pushy! He showed us what we wanted and made suggestions based on what we told him we were interested in.
