Matt Walker is a terrific agent who kept everything on track and made this transaction so much less stressful than it could have been. He helped at every stage and kept me fully informed at every step. I had a delay from my mortgage company but Matt Walker kept everybody's cool. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling property large or small. Also the staff in the Haring office are terrific too.

I purchased a condo from Matt at an open house he conducted and listed my house to sell. He sold by house quickly and profitable. Matt went out of his way to help me with many things related to these transitions no other realtor did for me in the past. A rare gem. You better keep his wife and him employed. Amazing people . Everything went well. I appreciated Matt coming to the condo even before we put it on the market. I had some questions about different items in the condo on what to do to prepare it for sale. On the market, sold in one day, really can't beat that!
